Our Promise
Last updated
Jetex is built on one standard: discretion, precision and five-star execution, every time. The same standard applies to every message sent through this site.
1. Every message is read
Every enquiry is reviewed personally and directed to the right person, whether it concerns a partnership, a press request or a speaking invitation.
2. Discretion
What you share with us is treated in confidence and used only to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Clarity
When we reply, we aim to be clear about next steps and who you will be speaking with.
4. Guests, not passengers
The principle behind every Jetex terminal applies here too: you are a guest, and you will be treated as one.
5. Contact
To reach the team, use the Business Enquiries page.
