This policy explains what personal information mardini.com collects, why, and how it is handled. The site is the personal website of Adel Mardini, Founder and CEO of Jetex. It has no shop, no user accounts and no payments: the only personal information it asks for is what you choose to send through the Business Enquiries form.

When you submit a business enquiry we receive your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the purpose of your enquiry and your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
2. How we use it
We use enquiry details only to read and reply to your message, to route it to the right person at Jetex, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the site securely and reliably. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views in aggregate; it does not identify you or follow you across other websites. The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
4. Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered by email through a trusted email delivery provider and read by Adel Mardini's office and the relevant Jetex team. The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. These providers process data only to provide their services. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of business communications, after which it is deleted.
6. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and enquiries are transmitted securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send.
7. Your rights
